Honey blue does not offer returns. All sales are final.
Honey Blue Jewelry does not offer exchanges or resizing due to incorrect sizing. Please ensure you are 100% sure of your ring size prior to ordering your ring.
If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out. We am here to help, and want to ensure you love your honey blue jewelry.
Exchanges:
At this time honey blue does not offer exchanges.
Repairs:
Discounted Repair: 1 - 6 months after receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
Full Repair Cost: 6+ months after receiving your jewelry. Shipping covered by customer.
If you would like to begin the repair process, please email Lo at hello@honeybluejewelry.com with a photo(s) of the piece that needs to be repaired as well as the order number for the piece. You may also reply directly to the corresponding order confirmation email with photos of the piece. Lo will let you know if a repair is possible and the pricing.
*Please note that for some specialty and custom pieces, Lo may not have the necessary stones or materials to repair your piece. If this is the case and you are within the 30 day free repair period, you will receive a full refund.
Sizing Issues:
Honey Blue does not offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. For this reason, please ensure you know your ring size prior to placing your order.

Cancelling Orders:
Once orders are placed changes and cancellations must be made within 48 hours. After 48 hours your order will begin processing and Lo will begin to make your order.
