Never Received Item and No Response to any emails
I made an order on 5/15 and I have still not received my item. I have sent multiple emails regarding an update and i haven’t gotten any response. I need my item that i purchased or a refund. If not I’ll be reporting my purchase as fraud. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I really hate to submit this and I completely understand it’s a small business, but it’s been 2 months of no response and I do need an answer. Any update would’ve been fine with me. me.
